use an exacto razor blade to carefully cut out the scale degree windows
Cut between lines of center pie slices from the center circles edge to center
Gently begin to push pie slices downwards to the circles edge until they're a standing column that looks like a crown
Turn upside down and set to the side
this is what the finished part should look like
Trim second part into a circle with scissors cutting to just outside the line
Carefully cut out and remove center circle.

Turn over and lay over previous piece
Place backing piece on top of the other 2 pieces
Fold all Crown sections down and tape them to the backing piece only
